Performing live for over 3 decades,
Regan is one of New Zealand's 'Looping' originators, performing acoustically and organically, from solo through to full band ‘The Evolutonaries’.
After years touring NZ, Australia, Japan and America, he has been living locally in the Bay of Plenty NZ.
Co-writing, recording, performing and mentoring local bands 'Matty and the Buxtones' & ‘Drosan’.
